Ordering Express Promotional Products
You require promotional products fast - Promotion Products have the experience to make your express order stress-free and easy.We gaurantee to have express items decorated in 5 days or less. (if you have less than 5 days simply call us and let us know your requirements - we may be able to help). Here is the order process if you would like us to make it happen for you:-
1/ Call us first - we can help you select the promotional item that will work best for you and or check that the product is in stock.
2/ Place your order online by clicking here, or email it to sales@promotionproducts.com.au or fax it to 07 3861 4176.
3/ Send us artwork by email to sales@promotionproducts.com.au
4/ We send you a proof by email in a PDF file - express orders are proofed within 4 businesss hours.
5/ You approve proof. When we receive your approved artwork the order is live and the 5 day countdown begins. Delays in sending us artwork or approving artwork may delay your order (your job will not be booked into production until approval has been received). Approved artwork must be received by 11am for that day to be counted as one of the 5 days.
6/ Our accounts people will email you the invoice, terms are available to existing clients.
7/ On receipt of payment and within 5 days your order will be dispatched.
Please note that delivery to you is not part of the 5 days. Express engrave products are dispatched ex Sydney, express printed are ex Melbourne. Delivery from Melbourne to Melbourne Metro and Sydney Metro is next day, Brisbane is 2 days. Sydney dispatches are overnight to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro areas. Engrave express may not be available in October, Novemeber and December.
