Logo Art and decoration files
When decorating your chosen Promotional Item or piece of Branded Clothing we need good quality source artwork for a good quality decoration!. Our staff have years of experience in making your logo or design fit your chosen product. You will be sent a proof showing your decoration but before we can do this we need your logo art. For embroidery we can except your logo in virtually any email -able format, for all other decoration types we need to either locate or create and EPS or AI. You can read about these files here. If you do not have these files we will create them for you.

Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.

Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Promotional Satchels samples included!. Some samples can be sent free of charge more expensive ones may be charged for. Simply call your account manager and ask what , if any, costs will apply to your favoured sample. Please note existing clients with a purchase history may have sample costs waived based on past business.

Free Logo Setting
Unlike competitors small print here is a pleasant surprise!. Every Custom Item costed on this website contains pricing that INCLUDES logo setting costs. Do not pay $75+GST/colour as elsewhere we aim to make your purchase of Branded Products as straightforward as possible and easy to understand costs are part of that!.

Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Economy Satchels will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.

Flexible payment options
EFT, Cash, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. Please note that Credit Card Companies do charge us for their use so on a large payment you may be charged an additional cost to cover this transactional cost.
