Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, you can read about these files here. If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.
Need an additional decoration? Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.
Getting Samples We are here to help in anyway - Embroidered Polo Shirts samples included!. Some samples can be sent free of charge more expensive ones may be charged for. Simply call your account manager and ask what , if any, costs will apply to your favoured sample. Please note existing clients with a purchase history may have sample costs waived based on past business.

How long does an order take? Most of the items we produce can be sent to you on an express basis. This may attract a surcharge. It is best to assume that most items take 2-3 week for production but please always ask us for more information about your order of Promotional Polo Shirts.
Freight Is charged at cost - we use a few different carriers but will always send your goods by the most efficient and cost effective method. If you prefer to organise your own transport - please just let us know in advance. We freight from decoration shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
