Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Baseball Caps is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files , just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!
Do you require more than one logo?
We sell a wide variety of - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.
Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Baseball Caps on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.
Small print - read carefully
We like to do things differently at Promotion Products and this small print is no different. The pricing shown on this website includes print set or is free of charge.
How long does an order take?
Most of the items we produce can be sent to you on an express basis. This may attract a surcharge. It is best to assume that most items take 2-3 week for production but please always ask us for more information about your order of Embroidered Cap.
Freight
Is charged at cost - we use a few different carriers but will always send your goods by the most efficient and cost effective method. If you prefer to organise your own transport - please just let us know in advance. We freight from decoration shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Pay - your way
Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.
Discounts for Community and Non-Commercial Organisations buying Baseball Caps
All of our customers benefit from our value pricing policy. However we strongly believe that local organisations that are non-profit-making and charities deserve every bit of support that we can offer.
