Logo Art and decoration files
When decorating your chosen Promotional Item or piece of Branded Clothing we need good quality source artwork for a good quality decoration!. Our staff have years of experience in making your logo or design fit your chosen product. You will be sent a proof showing your decoration but before we can do this we need your logo art. For embroidery we can except your logo in virtually any email -able format, for all other decoration types we need to either locate or create and EPS or AI. You can read about these files here. If you do not have these files we will create them for you.

Do you require more than one logo?
We sell a wide variety of Promotional Products - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.

Sample Policy
If you require a sample of the Corporate Compendium it can be arranged. If we charge you for this will depend on - cost of sample and freight and if you are an existing client - just ask you sales consultant on 1300 303 717 if any charges will apply for the product you require.

Free Logo Setting
Unlike competitors small print here is a pleasant surprise!. Every Custom Item costed on this website contains pricing that INCLUDES logo setting costs. Do not pay $75+GST/colour as elsewhere we aim to make your purchase of Branded Products as straightforward as possible and easy to understand costs are part of that!.

How long does an order take?
Most items can delivered to you in 10-20 days, however we are able to supply some items much faster. If you have an urgent requirement for Conrad Zippered 3 Ring Compendium please talk with our representatives - we will try to accommodate any urgent request that have.

Freight
Is charged at cost - we use a few different carriers but will always send your goods by the most efficient and cost effective method. If you prefer to organise your own transport - please just let us know in advance. We freight from decoration shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.
