Customised Gift - how to place an order
We make your order of Customised Gift as straightforward as possible. Our customer service team are very client focused so your order goes smoothly from start to finish. You can read about ordering here or go straight to the order form here.

Managing your artwork
Our objective with every order is to find an effective product that will make your message or logo stand out from the crowd. We can only do this with good quality art logos - it's like making a cake - the end result will only be so as good as the ingredients!. Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, you can read about these files here. If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.

Additional Logos or messages
The beauty of Promotional Products is that they can convey more than one message - on a pen for example you may wish your logo on one side and web address on the other, this will usually involve an extra cost - please call and talk with us for advice about these.

Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Customised Gift on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.

Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. It is our mission to provide Australia's best value Customised Products and showing transparent, inclusive costs are all part of philosophy.

Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Executive Golf Putting Set will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.

Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.

Charity, School, Education and not-for-profit discounts on Customised Gift
We believe that community organisations and not for profit groups play an important role in Australian community life. We seek to support such organisations whenever we can.
