Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Promotional Gift is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files , just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!
Extra logo Decorations?
All the supplied by Promotion Products can feature your logo or message. Most of them can be decorated in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - it depends on your selected product - simply ask for more details from your account manager.
Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Promotional Gift samples included!. Some samples can be sent free of charge more expensive ones may be charged for. Simply call your account manager and ask what , if any, costs will apply to your favoured sample. Please note existing clients with a purchase history may have sample costs waived based on past business.
No Set Up Fees
All the products that we market on our website are shown costed with basic decorations, most of our competitors charge separately for set up costs - this is mentioned in small print. We want to show web shoppers one straightforward, easy to understand cost - set up fees are included at Promotion Products!.
How long does an order take?
Most of the items we produce can be sent to you on an express basis. This may attract a surcharge. It is best to assume that most items take 2-3 week for production but please always ask us for more information about your order of Ferre Ladies Purse.
Transport to you
We ship products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which decoration service you require) direct to you by a quality value based transport company. Transport is additional at cost depending on your consignment size - you can also organise your own transport.
Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.
