Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Executive Gift is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files , just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!
Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.
Sample Policy
If you require a sample of the Executive Gift it can be arranged. If we charge you for this will depend on - cost of sample and freight and if you are an existing client - just ask you sales consultant on 1300 303 717 if any charges will apply for the product you require.
Free Logo Setting
Unlike competitors small print here is a pleasant surprise!. Every Custom Item costed on this website contains pricing that INCLUDES logo setting costs. Do not pay $75+GST/colour as elsewhere we aim to make your purchase of Branded Products as straightforward as possible and easy to understand costs are part of that!.
Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Ferre Leather Card Holder will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.
Delivery Method
Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.
How to pay
We are very flexible when accepting your money!. Electronic Funds Transfer is quick and easy, however if you prefer to pay by cheque or Credit Card that can easily be arranged. VISA , MasterCard and AMEX attract a small surcharge.
