Logo Art and decoration files
When decorating your chosen Promotional Item or piece of Branded Clothing we need good quality source artwork for a good quality decoration!. Our staff have years of experience in making your logo or design fit your chosen product. You will be sent a proof showing your decoration but before we can do this we need your logo art. For embroidery we can except your logo in virtually any email -able format, for all other decoration types we need to either locate or create and EPS or AI. You can read about these files here. If you do not have these files we will create them for you.

Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.

Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Rechargeable Torch samples included!. Some samples can be sent free of charge more expensive ones may be charged for. Simply call your account manager and ask what , if any, costs will apply to your favoured sample. Please note existing clients with a purchase history may have sample costs waived based on past business.

Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. It is our mission to provide Australia's best value Customised Products and showing transparent, inclusive costs are all part of philosophy.

How long does an order take?
Most of the items we produce can be sent to you on an express basis. This may attract a surcharge. It is best to assume that most items take 2-3 week for production but please always ask us for more information about your order of Eco friendly gifts.

Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.

How to pay
We are very flexible when accepting your money!. Electronic Funds Transfer is quick and easy, however if you prefer to pay by cheque or Credit Card that can easily be arranged. VISA , MasterCard and AMEX attract a small surcharge.
