Logo Art and decoration files
When decorating your chosen Promotional Item or piece of Branded Clothing we need good quality source artwork for a good quality decoration!. Our staff have years of experience in making your logo or design fit your chosen product. You will be sent a proof showing your decoration but before we can do this we need your logo art. For embroidery we can except your logo in virtually any email -able format, for all other decoration types we need to either locate or create and EPS or AI. You can read about these files here. If you do not have these files we will create them for you.

Extra logo Decorations?
All the Promotional Products supplied by Promotion Products can feature your logo or message. Most of them can be decorated in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - it depends on your selected product - simply ask for more details from your account manager.

Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Printed Promotional Product on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.

No Set Up Fees
All the products that we market on our website are shown costed with basic decorations, most of our competitors charge separately for set up costs - this is mentioned in small print. Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Magnetic Whiteboard will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Transport to you
We ship products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which decoration service you require) direct to you by a quality value based transport company. Transport is additional at cost depending on your consignment size - you can also organise your own transport.

Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.
