Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Customised Stationery is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files here, just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!

Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.

Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Customised Stationery on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.

Free Logo Setting
Unlike competitors small print here is a pleasant surprise!. Every Custom Item costed on this website contains pricing that INCLUDES logo setting costs. Do not pay $75+GST/colour as elsewhere we aim to make your purchase of Branded Products as straightforward as possible and easy to understand costs are part of that!.

Production time frames
The majority of our products are custom decorated with your logo in 2-3 weeks - it will be confirmed by your sales person how long your Triangle Paperclips will take to produce. We are the rush order specialists - just ask for more information on your product.

Delivery Method
Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.

Flexible payment options
EFT, Cash, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. Please note that Credit Card Companies do charge us for their use so on a large payment you may be charged an additional cost to cover this transactional cost.
