Managing your artwork
Our objective with every order is to find an effective product that will make your message or logo stand out from the crowd. We can only do this with good quality art logos - it's like making a cake - the end result will only be so as good as the ingredients!. Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, you can read about these files . If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.
Do you require more than one logo?
We sell a wide variety of - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.
Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Express Promotions on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.
Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. How long does an order take?

Freight
Is charged at cost - we use a few different carriers but will always send your goods by the most efficient and cost effective method. If you prefer to organise your own transport - please just let us know in advance. We freight from decoration shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
