Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Promotional Towels is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files , just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!

Almost all of the we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.
Sample Policy
Sampling for products such as Promotional Towels can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the item you require.

Production time frames
The majority of our products are custom decorated with your logo in 2-3 weeks - it will be confirmed by your sales person how long your Promotional Towels will take to produce. We are the rush order specialists - just ask for more information on your product.
Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.
How to pay
We are very flexible when accepting your money!. Electronic Funds Transfer is quick and easy, however if you prefer to pay by cheque or Credit Card that can easily be arranged. VISA , MasterCard and AMEX attract a small surcharge.
