Managing your artwork
Our objective with every order is to find an effective product that will make your message or logo stand out from the crowd. We can only do this with good quality art logos - it's like making a cake - the end result will only be so as good as the ingredients!. Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, you can read about these files here. If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.

Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.

Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Branded Product on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.

Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. It is our mission to provide Australia's best value Customised Products and showing transparent, inclusive costs are all part of philosophy.

Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Stadium Seat will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Delivery Method
Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.

Pay - your way
Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.

Discounts for Community and Non-Commercial Organisations buying Branded Product
All of our customers benefit from our value pricing policy. However we strongly believe that local organisations that are non-profit-making and charities deserve every bit of support that we can offer. If your organisation, club or charity requires pricing support please do ask, there is not a lot of 'fat' in our prices but please ask the question - we will try our best to help further.
