Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, call us for more information on this if needed. If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.
Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.
Sample Policy
Sampling for products such as Eco Recycled Satchel can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the item you require.

Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of bags eco will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.
Delivery Method
Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.
Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.
