Customised Bags - how to place an order
We make your order of Customised Bags as straightforward as possible. Our customer service team are very client focused so your order goes smoothly from start to finish. You can read about ordering here or go straight to the order form here.

Organising your branding
Artwork and logo preparation can seem complicated but that is what the Promotion Products staff are here to help with!. We supply a large range of different products - all can feature your promotional message or logo branding. We need to prepare a proof for you to sign-off your artwork against and to decorate the actual product. If you are having an embroidery decoration all we need is any piece of electronic art file - jpegs, word documents - PDF's - anything!. All other products require either an EPS or AI file, you may not have one of these but we can make one quickly and at a low cost - read about these files here.

Additional Logos or messages
The beauty of Promotional Products is that they can convey more than one message - on a pen for example you may wish your logo on one side and web address on the other, this will usually involve an extra cost - please call and talk with us for advice about these.

Sample Policy
If you require a sample of the Customised Bags it can be arranged. If we charge you for this will depend on - cost of sample and freight and if you are an existing client - just ask you sales consultant on 1300 303 717 if any charges will apply for the product you require.

Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. It is our mission to provide Australia's best value Customised Products and showing transparent, inclusive costs are all part of philosophy.

Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of 6 Drink Coolers will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Delivery Method
Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.

Pay - your way
Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.
