Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Printed Bags is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files , just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!
Do you require more than one logo?
We sell a wide variety of - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.
Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Printed Bags samples included!. Some samples can be sent free of charge more expensive ones may be charged for. Simply call your account manager and ask what , if any, costs will apply to your favoured sample. Please note existing clients with a purchase history may have sample costs waived based on past business.

How long does an order take?
Most items can delivered to you in 10-20 days, however we are able to supply some items much faster. If you have an urgent requirement for Wine Coolers please talk with our representatives - we will try to accommodate any urgent request that have.
Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.
Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.
