Logo Art and decoration files
When decorating your chosen Promotional Item or piece of Branded Clothing we need good quality source artwork for a good quality decoration!. Our staff have years of experience in making your logo or design fit your chosen product. You will be sent a proof showing your decoration but before we can do this we need your logo art. For embroidery we can except your logo in virtually any email -able format, for all other decoration types we need to either locate or create and EPS or AI. You can read about these files here. If you do not have these files we will create them for you.

Do you require more than one logo?
We sell a wide variety of Promotional Products - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.

Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Corporate Garments on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.

No Set Up Fees
All the products that we market on our website are shown costed with basic decorations, most of our competitors charge separately for set up costs - this is mentioned in small print. We want to show web shoppers one straightforward, easy to understand cost - set up fees are included at Promotion Products!.

Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Customised Shirt will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Delivery Method
Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.

How to pay
We are very flexible when accepting your money!. Electronic Funds Transfer is quick and easy, however if you prefer to pay by cheque or Credit Card that can easily be arranged. VISA , MasterCard and AMEX attract a small surcharge.

Discounts for Community and Non-Commercial Organisations buying Corporate Garments
All of our customers benefit from our value pricing policy. However we strongly believe that local organisations that are non-profit-making and charities deserve every bit of support that we can offer.
