Logo Art and decoration files
When decorating your chosen Promotional Item or piece of Branded Clothing we need good quality source artwork for a good quality decoration!. Our staff have years of experience in making your logo or design fit your chosen product. You will be sent a proof showing your decoration but before we can do this we need your logo art. For embroidery we can except your logo in virtually any email -able format, for all other decoration types we need to either locate or create and EPS or AI. You can read about these files here. If you do not have these files we will create them for you.

Do you require more than one logo?
We sell a wide variety of Promotional Products - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.

Sample Policy
Sampling for products such as Branded Merchandise can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the item you require.

No Set Up Fees
All the products that we market on our website are shown costed with basic decorations, most of our competitors charge separately for set up costs - this is mentioned in small print. Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Cargo Shorts will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Transport to you
We ship products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which decoration service you require) direct to you by a quality value based transport company. Transport is additional at cost depending on your consignment size - you can also organise your own transport.

How to pay
We are very flexible when accepting your money!. Electronic Funds Transfer is quick and easy, however if you prefer to pay by cheque or Credit Card that can easily be arranged. VISA , MasterCard and AMEX attract a small surcharge.
