Managing your artwork
Our objective with every order is to find an effective product that will make your message or logo stand out from the crowd. We can only do this with good quality art logos - it's like making a cake - the end result will only be so as good as the ingredients!. Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, you can read about these files here. If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.

Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.

Product Sampling

How long does an order take?

We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Flexible payment options
EFT, Cash, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. Please note that Credit Card Companies do charge us for their use so on a large payment you may be charged an additional cost to cover this transactional cost.
