Artwork and logo preparation can seem complicated but that is what the Promotion Products staff are here to help with!. We supply a large range of different products - all can feature your promotional message or logo branding. We need to prepare a proof for you to sign-off your artwork against and to decorate the actual product. If you are having an embroidery decoration all we need is any piece of electronic art file - jpegs, word documents - PDF's - anything!. All other products require either an EPS or AI file, you may not have one of these but we can make one quickly and at a low cost - read about these files here.

Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.

Sample Policy
Sampling for products such as Promotional Polo Shirts can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.

EFT, Cash, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. Please note that Credit Card Companies do charge us for their use so on a large payment you may be charged an additional cost to cover this transactional cost.
