Organising your branding Artwork and logo preparation can seem complicated but that is what the Promotion Products staff are here to help with!. We need to prepare a proof for you to sign-off your artwork against and to decorate the actual product. If you are having an embroidery decoration all we need is any piece of electronic art file - jpegs, word documents - PDF's - anything!. All other products require either an EPS or AI file, you may not have one of these but we can make one quickly and at a low cost - read about these files here.
Need an additional decoration? Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.
Sample Policy Sampling for products such as Colourful Tee Shirt can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Delivery times Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Branded T-shirts will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.
Delivery Method Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.
Pay - your way Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.
