Managing your artwork
Our objective with every order is to find an effective product that will make your message or logo stand out from the crowd. We can only do this with good quality art logos - it's like making a cake - the end result will only be so as good as the ingredients!. Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, you can read about these files . If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.
Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.
Sample Policy
If you require a sample of the Promo Tees it can be arranged. If we charge you for this will depend on - cost of sample and freight and if you are an existing client - just ask you sales consultant on 1300 303 717 if any charges will apply for the product you require.
Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. It is our mission to provide Australia's best value Customised Products and showing transparent, inclusive costs are all part of philosophy.
How long does an order take?
Most items can delivered to you in 10-20 days, however we are able to supply some items much faster. If you have an urgent requirement for Screen-Printed Tee Shirt please talk with our representatives - we will try to accommodate any urgent request that have.
Transport to you
We ship products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which decoration service you require) direct to you by a quality value based transport company. Transport is additional at cost depending on your consignment size - you can also organise your own transport.
Pay - your way
Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.
