Managing your artwork
Our objective with every order is to find an effective product that will make your message or logo stand out from the crowd. We can only do this with good quality art logos - it's like making a cake - the end result will only be so as good as the ingredients!. Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, you can read about these files here. If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.

Extra logo Decorations?
All the Promotional Products supplied by Promotion Products can feature your logo or message. Most of them can be decorated in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - it depends on your selected product - simply ask for more details from your account manager.

Sample Policy
If you require a sample of the Promotional Stress Balls it can be arranged. If we charge you for this will depend on - cost of sample and freight and if you are an existing client - just ask you sales consultant on 1300 303 717 if any charges will apply for the product you require.

Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. How long does an order take?
Most items can delivered to you in 10-20 days, however we are able to supply some items much faster. If you have an urgent requirement for Stress Toys please talk with our representatives - we will try to accommodate any urgent request that have.

Freight
Is charged at cost - we use a few different carriers but will always send your goods by the most efficient and cost effective method. If you prefer to organise your own transport - please just let us know in advance. We freight from decoration shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

How to pay
We are very flexible when accepting your money!. Electronic Funds Transfer is quick and easy, however if you prefer to pay by cheque or Credit Card that can easily be arranged. VISA , MasterCard and AMEX attract a small surcharge.
