Corporate Giveaway - how to place an order

Organising your branding
Artwork and logo preparation can seem complicated but that is what the Promotion Products staff are here to help with!. We supply a large range of different products - all can feature your promotional message or logo branding. We need to prepare a proof for you to sign-off your artwork against and to decorate the actual product. If you are having an embroidery decoration all we need is any piece of electronic art file - jpegs, word documents - PDF's - anything!. All other products require either an EPS or AI file, you may not have one of these but we can make one quickly and at a low cost - read about these files here.

Additional Logos or messages
The beauty of Promotional Products is that they can convey more than one message - on a pen for example you may wish your logo on one side and web address on the other, this will usually involve an extra cost - please call and talk with us for advice about these.

Sample Policy
If you require a sample of the Corporate Giveaway it can be arranged. If we charge you for this will depend on - cost of sample and freight and if you are an existing client - just ask you sales consultant on 1300 303 717 if any charges will apply for the product you require.

No Set Up Fees
All the products that we market on our website are shown costed with basic decorations, most of our competitors charge separately for set up costs - this is mentioned in small print. We want to show web shoppers one straightforward, easy to understand cost - set up fees are included at Promotion Products!.

How long does an order take?
Most of the items we produce can be sent to you on an express basis. This may attract a surcharge. It is best to assume that most items take 2-3 week for production but please always ask us for more information about your order of Custom Paint Sheets.

Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.

Pay - your way
Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.
