Managing your artwork Our objective with every order is to find an effective product that will make your message or logo stand out from the crowd. We can only do this with good quality art logos - it's like making a cake - the end result will only be so as good as the ingredients!. Our staff will ask you for an EPS or AI file type - these are special artwork file types that will make your logo appear clean and crisp, you can read about these files here. If we are organising embroidery for you we can accept just about any other file type you have - jpegs, bitmaps etc - just ask your salesperson if you need help sourcing artwork.
Need an additional decoration? Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.
Product Sampling Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Baseball Caps on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.
Pay No Set Up Cost Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. It is our mission to provide Australia's best value Customised Products and showing transparent, inclusive costs are all part of philosophy.
Production time frames The majority of our products are custom decorated with your logo in 2-3 weeks - it will be confirmed by your sales person how long your Embroidered Cap will take to produce. We are the rush order specialists - just ask for more information on your product.
Delivery Method Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.
Payment methods We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.
Charity, School, Education and not-for-profit discounts on Baseball Caps We believe that community organisations and not for profit groups play an important role in Australian community life. We seek to support such organisations whenever we can.
