Branded Keytag - how to place an order
We make your order of Branded Keytag as straightforward as possible. Our customer service team are very client focused so your order goes smoothly from start to finish. You can read about ordering here or go straight to the order form here.

Logo Art and decoration files
When decorating your chosen Promotional Item or piece of Branded Clothing we need good quality source artwork for a good quality decoration!. Our staff have years of experience in making your logo or design fit your chosen product. You will be sent a proof showing your decoration but before we can do this we need your logo art. For embroidery we can except your logo in virtually any email -able format, for all other decoration types we need to either locate or create and EPS or AI. You can read about these files here. If you do not have these files we will create them for you.

Extra logo Decorations?
All the Promotional Products supplied by Promotion Products can feature your logo or message. Most of them can be decorated in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - it depends on your selected product - simply ask for more details from your account manager.

Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Branded Keytag samples included!. Some samples can be sent free of charge more expensive ones may be charged for. Simply call your account manager and ask what , if any, costs will apply to your favoured sample. Please note existing clients with a purchase history may have sample costs waived based on past business.

Small print - read carefully
We like to do things differently at Promotion Products and this small print is no different. Most of competitors small print mentions that each print colour they do will attract a set up cost (from $75 - $120+GST/colour) - not here. The pricing shown on this website includes print set or is free of charge.

Production time frames
The majority of our products are custom decorated with your logo in 2-3 weeks - it will be confirmed by your sales person how long your Australia Keyring will take to produce. We are the rush order specialists - just ask for more information on your product.

Freight
Is charged at cost - we use a few different carriers but will always send your goods by the most efficient and cost effective method. If you prefer to organise your own transport - please just let us know in advance. We freight from decoration shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Pay - your way
Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.
