Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Promotional Keytag is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files here, just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!

Do you require more than one logo?
We sell a wide variety of Promotional Products - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.

Sample Policy
Sampling for products such as Promotional Keytag can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the item you require.

Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. How long does an order take?
Most items can delivered to you in 10-20 days, however we are able to supply some items much faster. If you have an urgent requirement for Key Flexi Keyring please talk with our representatives - we will try to accommodate any urgent request that have.

Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.

Flexible payment options
EFT, Cash, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. Please note that Credit Card Companies do charge us for their use so on a large payment you may be charged an additional cost to cover this transactional cost.
