Custom Pens - how to place an order
We make your order of Custom Pens as straightforward as possible. Our customer service team are very client focused so your order goes smoothly from start to finish. You can read about ordering here or go straight to the order form here.

Organising your branding
Artwork and logo preparation can seem complicated but that is what the Promotion Products staff are here to help with!. We supply a large range of different products - all can feature your promotional message or logo branding. We need to prepare a proof for you to sign-off your artwork against and to decorate the actual product. If you are having an embroidery decoration all we need is any piece of electronic art file - jpegs, word documents - PDF's - anything!. All other products require either an EPS or AI file, you may not have one of these but we can make one quickly and at a low cost - read about these files here.

Extra logo Decorations?
All the Promotional Products supplied by Promotion Products can feature your logo or message. Most of them can be decorated in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - it depends on your selected product - simply ask for more details from your account manager.

Sample Policy
If you require a sample of the Custom Pens it can be arranged. If we charge you for this will depend on - cost of sample and freight and if you are an existing client - just ask you sales consultant on 1300 303 717 if any charges will apply for the product you require.

Small print - read carefully
We like to do things differently at Promotion Products and this small print is no different. Most of competitors small print mentions that each print colour they do will attract a set up cost (from $75 - $120+GST/colour) - not here. The pricing shown on this website includes print set or is free of charge.

How long does an order take?
Most items can delivered to you in 10-20 days, however we are able to supply some items much faster. If you have an urgent requirement for Smart Pen please talk with our representatives - we will try to accommodate any urgent request that have.

Freight
Is charged at cost - we use a few different carriers but will always send your goods by the most efficient and cost effective method. If you prefer to organise your own transport - please just let us know in advance. We freight from decoration shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.

Charity, School, Education and not-for-profit discounts on Custom Pens
We believe that community organisations and not for profit groups play an important role in Australian community life. We seek to support such organisations whenever we can. Our pricing is recognised to be Australia's best value however we may be able to give your organisation a further discount - please just tell us what you are up to and we will see how we can help.
