Organising your branding
Artwork and logo preparation can seem complicated but that is what the Promotion Products staff are here to help with!. We supply a large range of different products - all can feature your promotional message or logo branding. We need to prepare a proof for you to sign-off your artwork against and to decorate the actual product. If you are having an embroidery decoration all we need is any piece of electronic art file - jpegs, word documents - PDF's - anything!. All other products require either an EPS or AI file, you may not have one of these but we can make one quickly and at a low cost - read about these files here.

Need an additional decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we sell can have one or more decoration - simply ask your sales person for more details.

Sample Policy
If you require a sample of the Custom Company Pen it can be arranged. If we charge you for this will depend on - cost of sample and freight and if you are an existing client - just ask you sales consultant on 1300 303 717 if any charges will apply for the product you require.

Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Printed Company Pen will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.

Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFT payments. Credit card payments usually attract a surcharge due to the high transactional cost - we will advise any such costs.
