Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Printed Pen is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files here, just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!

Do you require more than one logo?
We sell a wide variety of Promotional Products - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.

Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Printed Pen on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.

Small print - read carefully
We like to do things differently at Promotion Products and this small print is no different. Most of competitors small print mentions that each print colour they do will attract a set up cost (from $75 - $120+GST/colour) - not here. The pricing shown on this website includes print set or is free of charge.

Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Futura Pen will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Shipping
We service Australia-wide sending our decorated goods out from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where your order is dispatched from will depend where it is warehoused. We have a policy of using the most economic freight method that meets our quality parameters and matches your timeframe. Alternatively if you wish to organise your own transport this can be arranged.

How to pay
We are very flexible when accepting your money!. Electronic Funds Transfer is quick and easy, however if you prefer to pay by cheque or Credit Card that can easily be arranged. VISA , MasterCard and AMEX attract a small surcharge.
