Artwork/Logos - we are here to help!
Organising your artwork and making your logo look exceptional on your chosen Branded Pens is what we are here to help with!. Different types of decoration require different grades of artwork files - for embroidery we can use just about any type of electronic file you have - jpegs, AI's EPS and even word documents! All other products that we decorate require high grade artwork to reproduce your logo clearly. The industry standard file type is called an 'EPS' file, you can read all about artwork and EPS files here, just remember - we are here to help with your artwork so will make an EPS file of your logo if you do not have one!

Additional Logos or messages
The beauty of Promotional Products is that they can convey more than one message - on a pen for example you may wish your logo on one side and web address on the other, this will usually involve an extra cost - please call and talk with us for advice about these.

Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Branded Pens on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.

Pay No Set Up Cost
Most of our competitors will charge you between $75+GST and $120+GST to set up each print colour. The costs you see on this website INCLUDE any necessary set up costs or are FREE. It is our mission to provide Australia's best value Customised Products and showing transparent, inclusive costs are all part of philosophy.

How long does an order take?
Most items can delivered to you in 10-20 days, however we are able to supply some items much faster. If you have an urgent requirement for Branded Pen please talk with our representatives - we will try to accommodate any urgent request that have.

Delivery Method
Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.

How to pay
We are very flexible when accepting your money!. Electronic Funds Transfer is quick and easy, however if you prefer to pay by cheque or Credit Card that can easily be arranged. VISA , MasterCard and AMEX attract a small surcharge.
