Organising your branding
Artwork and logo preparation can seem complicated but that is what the Promotion Products staff are here to help with!. We supply a large range of different products - all can feature your promotional message or logo branding. We need to prepare a proof for you to sign-off your artwork against and to decorate the actual product. If you are having an embroidery decoration all we need is any piece of electronic art file - jpegs, word documents - PDF's - anything!. All other products require either an EPS or AI file, you may not have one of these but we can make one quickly and at a low cost - read about these files here.

Extra logo Decorations?
All the Promotional Products supplied by Promotion Products can feature your logo or message. Most of them can be decorated in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - it depends on your selected product - simply ask for more details from your account manager.

Product Sampling
Very often clients request a sample to make double-sure that the Promotional Products on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) is looking for. We will send samples free of charge where possible but please note most samples are required to be bought by us from import companies so often sample charges will apply - simply talk to our reps for more info.

Free Logo Setting
Unlike competitors small print here is a pleasant surprise!. Every Custom Item costed on this website contains pricing that INCLUDES logo setting costs. Do not pay $75+GST/colour as elsewhere we aim to make your purchase of Branded Products as straightforward as possible and easy to understand costs are part of that!.

Delivery times
Each item we sell is customised with your logo details. 90% of what we sell can be with you in 2-3 weeks - anywhere in Australia. How long your order of Universal Travel Adaptor will take will be confirmed by Promotion Products. If you need product fast - just ask - we will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Transport to you
We ship products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which decoration service you require) direct to you by a quality value based transport company. Transport is additional at cost depending on your consignment size - you can also organise your own transport.

Pay - your way
Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.
