Embroidery

Used on clothing and upmarket bags

Machine embroidery allows us to recreate logos on clothing and any other soft material such as sports bags. We take a design supplied in jpg file and ‘digitise’ it into a format that is recognised by the embroidery machine. Digitising is a skilled art that will give you different outcomes using different suppliers.

Most clothing companies when they supply you a quote on embroidered clothing or caps give you a 5000 stitch embroider.  In our experience the vast majority of logos require above 8000 stitches to be reproduced professionally.  At Promotion Products we want your business so give you a double sized embroider of up to 10 000 stitches at no additional charge. Before we embroider your chosen product we always produce an actual embroidery sample – this image is emailed to you for approval before the job commences into production.

Screen Printing

Commonly used for large prints on T-shirts, polo shirts, tote and calico bags, water bottles, compendiums and lanyards

Screen printing is a decoration method employed most commonly on clothing and bags.  It involves the pressing of ink onto the product through a screen that has your design incorporated into it.  We can screen print up to 6 spot colours or can also print in full colour process. 

The cost of screen printing is governed by the print run size (25 is usually the minimum quantity), the amount of colours we print and the size of the print. To produce a high quality print high quality artwork like EPS files are required – don’t worry if you don’t  have an EPS file - we are here to help and will produce one for you.

Promotion Products can also provide specialised prints like puffs and foils – just ask for more details. PMS colour matches are no problem.
Before we commence with any screen print job we will email you a proof for your approval.

Pad Printing

Often used on small objects such as pens, calculators, golf balls, stress balls…

Pad printing is the most common decoration method that Promotion Products employs.  Pad printing is a flexible print process that allows us to print on unusual and curved surfaces. Like screen printing your logo is made into film which is then transferred onto a soft silicone pad, Ink is then introduced and printed onto your chosen product.  Pad printed products are everywhere – the keys on your keyboard, promotional pens, promotional clocks and a myriad of other promo items.

To produce a high quality print high quality artwork like EPS files are required – don’t worry if you don’t  have an EPS file - we are here to help and will produce one for you.

Laser Engraving

Suitable for decorating hard finish objects – usually metal pens and keyrings

Laser engraving produces a subtle and permanent high quality decoration.  Laser engraving is our favoured decoration method for metal keyrings, clocks and high value metal products.  The laser removes a small amount of the product’s surface giving an ‘etch’ effect.  It is permanent and will not scratch off. 

Prior to engraving your chosen product we will provide you with an email proof showing you the decoration outcome.

Offset Printing

The method most commonly used to print paper based products such as notepads and post-it-notes

Your image/artwork is transferred (offset) from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface.  It is all carried out in a big, expensive machine.  PMS colour matches are no problem when using this decoration method.
