These are exactly as they sound – it’s where we print products in a limited number of colours. We use mostly use these processes to achieve these prints: Pad Printing, Screen Printing, Rotary Printing, Heat Transfers, Sublimation and Offset Printing. You may also see us ordering things like ‘1 Colour Wrap Print’ – that means the print wraps all the way around the product – typically on mugs and bottles.

EMBROIDERY

This is where we use coloured thread to stitch onto garments, caps and bags mainly. This type of decoration is done by a large and complex machine. Embroidery offers a great looking, upmarket finish. Here at Promotion Products we offer a large 10 000 stitch embroidery as standard on your desired item (the industry standard is 5000 stitches).

SupaSub

SupaSub is a new decoration method that allows you to have your logo shown in stunning full colour on harder to decorate items such as Jackets, Beanies and Scarves.

Supasub is a sublimated patch sewn onto the product. It allows for your logo in full colour with fine details. It is also a great budget friendly way of achieveing a “badge” look. Popular on bags, caps, scarves, jackets and more.

maxiCOLOUR & FULL COLOUR

maxiColour is our term here at Promotion Products for products that are printed in unlimited colours. This type of option is becoming very popular as the cost of doing this with new technologies drops. You will also see items, usually paper-based products costed as having Full colour Prints – this is essentially the same thing but normally refers to paper based products. For maxiColour and Full Colour Printing we mostly use these decoration methods: Direct Digital Printing, CMYK Printing and Full Colour Transfer Printing.

OUR AIM, WITH EVERY SINGLE ORDER, IS TO PROVIDE THE VERY HIGHEST QUALITY DECORATION AVAILABLE. YOU HAVE JUST INVESTED IN YOUR BRANDING WHEN YOU BUY OUR PRODUCTS SO WE WILL ENSURE YOUR LOGO LOOKS GREAT!

WHAT FILE TYPES CAN WE USE?

The quick answer is we can use any file type that you supply, we always ask clients for copies of files that are these formats first up though:

Artwork Examples

An example file name might read like this: yourlogoname.eps Usually we can use these files straightaway. We don’t want to get technical with why these are best so we won’t – lets just they are the highest grade of files and are usually what we call ‘vector art’.

We will create high grade art for you if needed.

You may have other files like:

An example file name would read like this: yourlogoname.jpeg if this is the only type of file you have it’s not an issue, we have graphic artists and it’s their job to recreate (redraw) these. 98% of the time this service is free but for complex logos or small orders we may charge you a small fee for this. We will always advise of any costs before redrawing.

Example of low quality logo

The above image demonstrates the difference between a low resolution logo image and the crisp vector art of this logo. We will never use low grade art; your image is important to us so we only use A-Grade art!

WHATEVER FILE TYPE YOU HAVE WE CAN USE IT….WE ARE HERE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!
