Embroidery is ideal if you want a logo on the chest area that is subtle – ideal for company and corporate polo shirts embroidery is also popular with clubs. If you have many colours in your logo it is also ideal as the cost is not governed by colours but by size. All of the Custom Polo Shirts here are costed with a large 10 000 units embroider as standard – this covers the vast majority of designs. There is no set size for a 10 000 stitch embroider – it depends on the complexity and detail of the logo. We will advise if your logo will require more than 10 000 stitches. The table below has the cost for additional embroidery positions – use this as a guide – we can quote you exactly on seeing your design.

Screen Printing allows us to decorate your shirts with a large design at a low cost for single colour prints. There are a few things to consider when costing up polo shirts with printing – we have a price grid below to use as a guide – get a firm quote by contacting us.

Costs of additional embroidery

As mentioned – the shirts are already costed with embroidery – below are costs for additional embroiders – both large and small. Use this as a guide – email your designs to us and we will give you a firm quote.

100 Shirts – each additional embroider costs:
small (less than 5000 stitches) - $2.19+GST/extra embroider
large ( 5000 - 10000 stitches) - $2.89+GST/extra embroider

small (less than 5000 stitches) - $2.09+GST/extra embroider
large ( 5000 - 10000 stitches) - $2.79+GST/extra embroider

250 Shirts – each additional embroider costs:
small (less than 5000 stitches) - $1.99+GST/extra embroider
large ( 5000 - 10000 stitches) - $2.69+GST/extra embroider

500 Shirts – each additional embroider costs:
small (less than 5000 stitches) - $1.89+GST/extra embroider
large ( 5000 - 10000 stitches) - $2.59+GST/extra embroider

Costs of screen printing

The costs of the shirt that you have already viewed includes embroidery in 1 position up to 10 000 stitches. If you want screen printing instead use the below as a guide – we can give you firm pricing in seeing your logo files.

1. Take-off embroidery price. On the 100 unit shirt cost take off $3.69+GST/shirt, on 150 shirts take off $3.59+GST/shirt, on 250 shirts take off $3.49+GST/shirt and on 500 shirts take off $3.39+GST/shirt

2. Add screen print costs shown below (based on large A4 sized print – pocket sized prints are less – POA). Please note – our costs INCLUDE set up costs.
