Promotional Custom 3D Embroidery Caps

Raise your logo with premium 3D embroidery decoration.  It gives the caps a higher perceived value and makes them a fashionable accessory to wear year-round.  3D embroidery is when the artwork or lettering puffs out from the rest and is most commonly seen on sports caps but is perfect for promoting as well.  Due to the way the decoration is done, smaller details are sometimes harder to display so for logos like these we would suggest a standard embroidered cap.

Custom branded caps are an excellent promotional gift with practical use.  The team here at Promotion Products has extensive experience with promotional caps and can provide you with tailored advice to get the most out of your caps.  If you have any questions or are looking to get your order underway feel free to call us on 1300 303 717 or get in contact with us on LiveChat.

How is 3D embroidery done on hats?

3D Embroidery is decorated by a special machine that uses stitched threads to create your artwork.  The first step of the process will involve finalising your artwork which is then digitised and the hat is hooped and set up on the embroidery machine.  Next, an outline of the design is usually done flat on the cap which is then covered by foam and then gone over again with the machine with a high thread count to give off a 3-dimensional appearance.  Finally, pull off any excess foam and tidy up any loose threads and voila your custom 3D embroidery cap is ready for action.
