Once you have an idea of what you need, give us a call and let us know your order is urgent. We'll check what is realistic based on your brief.
For urgent orders, location matters. We'll recommend products that are available, suitable for your branding and practical for your delivery timeframe.
If a quote is needed, we'll prepare one quickly based on your selected products, quantity, branding and delivery details. For most express enquiries, this can usually be turned around fast.
To keep things moving, reply to your quote email or let your account manager know you're ready to proceed. Attach your artwork files, ideally in .ai, .eps or high-quality PDF format, and include any clear branding instructions such as logo placement, print colour or sizing.
Before production, we'll send an artwork proof for approval. Please check logo placement, spelling, colours, sizing and product details carefully. Once approved, your invoice will be sent. Express orders only move into production once payment is received, so fast approval and payment help avoid delays.
Once payment and artwork approval are complete, your order moves into production. We'll keep it on track, flag anything urgent and dispatch it to your delivery address on the agreed date, with delivery updates where available.

Get a vector version of your logo (.ai, .pdf, .eps, .svg etc.) and then give us a call. It's critical we know when your deadline is and where you need the items delivered so we can provide accurate advice.
Yes, all of the items shown here are branded with your logo usually in a 1 colour print or laser engraving. We can also supply these blank if you prefer.
The express service is available to all areas of Australia but the delivery time for regional areas will be longer than for cities so please double-check with us regarding estimated timeframes.
Vector artwork is best, such as an AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF file. This gives us the cleanest result and helps avoid delays. If you only have a JPG, PNG or another file type, still send it through. Our team will check the artwork and let you know whether it can be used, needs fixing, or may add extra time to your order.
