Artwork and logo preparation can seem complicated but that is what the Promotion Products staff are here to help with!. We need to prepare a proof for you to sign-off your artwork against and to decorate the actual product. If you are having an embroidery decoration all we need is any piece of electronic art file - jpegs, word documents - PDF's - anything!. All other products require either an EPS or AI file, you may not have one of these but we can make one quickly and at a low cost.


We sell a wide variety of Promotional Products - all can have one or more logo applied to them - simply talk to your sales consultant for their advice.


Sampling for products such as Promotional Diary can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the item you require.

Delivery is charged additional and is based on the size or your order and the delivery destination. We send our items by the lowest cost quality carrier depending on where the item has been decorated - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Alternatively your freight account can be used instead.


Promotion Products accepts the following payment methods - EFT, cheque, cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards do attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances.
