Conditions of entry:
You are an authorised representative of the organisation you are applying on behalf of, all statements that you make are true and accurate. We select a winner on the last business day of each month at midday. If you win we will contact you that day by phone then email, if we receive no response from you we will try 2 times more, if we cannot contact you the grant will be awarded to another organisation. Our program administrator decision/s are final. All applications need to be sent by this form. You may enter only once per month. Successful winners of the program will have two weeks to spend their credit, after which the credit will expire (we need to administer this quickly to make this program viable). Credit must be spent in one order.. The winner must agree to take a photo of the product we supply to them, send to us and permit us to use the photo, their name and charity name on our website and social media platforms. Lastly, you agree to organise a link from your website under your supporters page that links back to our website here: https://www.promotionproducts.com.au
