The Challenge

Bridge Toyota is the largest Toyota dealership in the Northern Territory, with locations in Darwin, Palmerston, and Gove. As part of the A.P. Eagers Group, they specialise in new, used, and certified pre-owned Toyota vehicles, offering servicing, parts, finance, and insurance to the local community.

 

Bridge Toyota was looking to use promotional merchandise to stay top-of-mind with customers beyond the dealership, while adding value at key touchpoints throughout the customer journey.

 

The goal was to create useful, well-chosen items that reinforced the brand, supported customer engagement, and enhanced the overall experience.

Our Solution

Bridge Toyota has ordered a range of everyday merchandise to maximise visibility, usefulness, and brand recall across multiple touchpoints. The selection included notepads, air fresheners, caps and bucket hats, diaries, bottle openers, keyrings, and wine bottle coolers. Each item was selected for high-frequency use, strong perceived value, and alignment with the customer journey. Smaller items supported easy hand-outs and service interactions, apparel extended the brand beyond the dealership, and diaries and notepads reinforced everyday utility. Wine bottle coolers added a premium gifting element. Together, the range created a cohesive merchandise ecosystem for ultimate brand awareness.

Since introducing a more considered approach to our merchandise, we have seen a clear lift in customer engagement across events and activations. Branded items add an extra layer of satisfaction at even the smallest touchpoints, helping guests feel valued and extending the experience beyond the day itself.
