Custom Polo Shirt Sizing

Below is a guide showing the chest size of our Custom made polo Shirts. It is important to remember that polo shirts like these may not fit you in the exact way that a shirt you try on in a retail store. Our advice is to go up a size if you are in doubt of your sizing – that way you will still fit into the shirt unlike a shirt that is too small. If you are buying these shirts for your company or an event we can help by recommending a size split breakdown – these breakdowns will vary depending on the group that is receiving them.

Size splits for your order

One of the great things about our custom made polo service is that you can mix and match between mens, ladies and kids sizing in your order. There are though limits as to how many size splits can be accommodated. The maximum amount of size splits per order are: 100 units – 6, 150 units - 7, 250 units - 9 and 500 – 13.

Mens sizing
XS - 49cm, S – 52cm, M – 55cm, L – 58cm, XL – 61cm, XXL – 64cm, XXXL – 67cm, XXXXXL – 73cm

Ladies (fitted sizing)
Size 8 – 46.5cm, size 10 – 49cm, size 12 – 51.5cm, size 14 – 54cm, size 16 – 56.5cm, size 18 -59cm, size 20 – 61.5cm, size 22 – 64cm

Kids sizing
Size 6 – 39cm, size 8 – 41cm, size 10 – 43cm, size 12 – 45cm, size 14 – 47cm, size 16 – 49cm
