Every order you place doesn’t just deliver quality merchandise for your brand; it also fuels projects that matter deeply to us. Thanks to our customers, we’re able to give back, instead of telling you what we plan to do, we’d rather show you what we’re already achieving together.

Our Monthly Hand-Up Program

$1,000 in free merchandise each month to support Charities/NFPs & Clubs making a difference.

Since May 2021, our Hand-Up Program has awarded one organisation each month a $1,000 credit for promotional products, supporting the vital work of charities, clubs, and non-profits in our communities.

So far, 82 organisations have benefited, from rare cancer awareness groups to youth services and animal rescues. Each has used merchandise in powerful ways: raising funds, spreading awareness, and amplifying their message. To date (Sept 2025), we’ve contributed $82,000 in branded merchandise, a milestone we’re proud of and a commitment we’ll continue as we give a hand-up to those making a real difference.

The Bi-Annual $3000 Scholarship

Dedicated to helping students who help others.

We believe education is one of the strongest drivers of Australia’s future. To ease financial pressures, we award three need-based scholarships each year, two general entries and one dedicated to Torres Strait Islander and Aboriginal students. These go to students striving for academic success and committed to making a difference in their communities.

Since launching in 2017, our program has supported 24 students with over $72,000 in funding, to date (Sept 2025). We’re proud to back the next generation, continue to select three winners annually, and remain grateful to our customers whose support makes it possible.

We Plant a Tree with Every Order

Partnering with Ecologi to help restore forests across Australasia.

At Promotion Products, every order makes a difference. We carbon offset 100% of our product range at no cost to you. Additionally, through our partnership with Ecologi, we plant trees and restore ecosystems.

Together with our customers, we’ve planted over 10,000s of trees across Australasia and beyond, capturing carbon, protecting biodiversity, and fighting climate change. Every order contributes directly to this mission, meaning your brand doesn’t just get noticed, it helps build a greener, more sustainable world.

Muravah Foundation

Our connection to the Philippines.

Promotion Products have a special connection to the Philippines, where several of our long-term team members are based. It’s a country where too many families live close to the poverty line, and supporting communities there is something we feel strongly about and take seriously.

That’s why we partnered with the Muravah Foundation, a grassroots organisation doing remarkable work in Mt Mayon. Founded and run by Bob Murray, originally from Gympie, Queensland. Muravah empowers local communities to create lasting change. Bob, who also founded one of our key supply partners, not only dedicates his time but also contributes personally through his family’s support.

Thanks to the continued support of Promotion Products customers, we’ve been able to donate more than $30,000 to the Muravah Foundation. To put that into perspective: it costs just $850 to build a typhoon-proof shelter that forms the core of a family home in the Philippines. Together, we’ve already helped provide almost 35 families with a safe and secure place to live and we’re committed to doing more.
