The Challenge

HubSpot was launching Loop Marketing, a new growth framework designed for a B2B landscape where traditional funnel thinking is becoming less effective. With buyers discovering brands across AI summaries, social platforms, communities and fragmented digital touchpoints, HubSpot needed a campaign that could make the framework easy to understand, remember and discuss.

The audience was hard to impress: senior marketers, growth leaders, media, creators, customers and business prospects already exposed to a constant stream of webinars, reports, product updates and digital campaigns.

A digital-only launch risked becoming another message in a crowded inbox. HubSpot needed a physical campaign asset that could cut through, create conversation and give sales, events and customer teams a stronger reason to follow up.

The Solution

Promotion Products worked with HubSpot to create the Loop Marketing First Aid Kit - a physical campaign asset that turned an abstract marketing framework into a simple, memorable metaphor: marketing help, when you need it most.

The kit was built around the real pressure points modern marketers face, including fragmented strategies, poor data quality, shrinking organic reach and pressure to prove ROI. The old funnel was positioned as the ailment. Loop Marketing became the treatment.

Each item was renamed and reframed around a modern marketing challenge, creating a cohesive unboxing experience. The kit included a branded first aid case, Loop Strategy Reset Eye Mask, Clarity Earplugs, Performance Patches, Data Hygiene Wipes and an In-the-Loop Whistle.

Together, the items transformed the campaign message into a physical brand story recipients could open, explore, photograph and share.

Promotion Products managed sourcing, artwork, sampling, production revisions and phased delivery across Australia, Singapore and India. This included an urgent initial batch for use as physical event invitations, followed by further dispatches across multiple markets and deadlines.

The Result

The Loop Marketing First Aid Kit became far more than branded merchandise. It supported awareness, event engagement, sales conversations, brand recall, organic social sharing and peer-to-peer discussion across the B2B marketing community.

The kit was used as both a pre-event invitation and a live engagement tool at HubSpot’s GROW ANZ event, helping bring the Loop Marketing framework into the room. Recipients did not simply receive a branded item; they interacted with the campaign idea through the kit itself.

The campaign generated strong organic social media engagement, with posts attracting hundreds of likes and comments and thousands of impressions. Engagement extended beyond the original recipients, with marketers and industry peers joining the conversation even when they had not received the kit themselves.

Key outcomes included multi-market delivery across Australia, Singapore and India, staged dispatch aligned to event deadlines, live event activation at GROW ANZ, positive feedback from media, creators, customers and event audiences, third-party LinkedIn recognition and internal interest from HubSpot’s United States team for a further 150 units.

Most importantly, the kit helped HubSpot step outside the inbox and turn a strategic framework into something high-value B2B audiences could understand, remember and talk about.
