The Challenge

humm group is a multi-market finance company offering point-of-sale, credit card, and business finance across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK, and Canada.

 

They engaged us to build a merchandise strategy that (1) surprises and delights hard-working teams, (2) makes new starters feel welcome from day one, and (3) stands out in a crowded market.

Together we created a plan that pairs useful, design-led merch with key moments.

Over the years, we’ve partnered with humm group to curate a balanced mix of practical and premium merchandise. The range has evolved to include:

  • Essentials: lanyards, branded tees

  • Premium: vacuum tumblers, lens cloths, BLUNT® umbrellas

  • Specialty gifts: event packs, Christmas gifts, “surprise-and-delight” campaigns

 

We’ve rolled these out across key moments: new-starter kits, seasonal gifting, event activations, and marketing promotions, so each item does double duty: boosting team pride while amplifying brand presence.
