The Challenge

Metro Tasmania wanted a practical way to celebrate their drivers and reinforce how valued they are to the organisation.

 

The goal for Metro Tasmania’s merchandise campaign was to choose something useful that the drivers would value in their day-to-day roles, while still feeling thoughtful and meaningful.

 

It also needed to deliver strong impact without requiring a large or extravagant budget.

Our Solution

Together we landed on high-quality drink bottles in a range of vibrant colours, with the option to laser engrave each one with a meaningful message.

 

They were the ideal fit for the audience because they combined everyday practicality with strong visual appeal, making them both useful for staff and memorable as a recognition piece.

The Results

The drink bottles elevated Metro Tasmania’s internal celebrations and provided staff with a fun, colourful reminder of how valued they are.

 

Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Beyond morale, they also encourage hydration on the road, supporting their wellbeing. Most significantly, the bottles were originally intended as gifts for Bus Driver Appreciation Day 2025 and since then, have been incorporated into our new trainee intakes too.
