(Step 1) Find a well fitted garment.

(Step 2) Measure the garment.

Lay it flat on an even surface and measure the width from one underarm seam to the other. This is the "Half Chest" measurement.

(Step 3) Find the size on the measurement table

Align your measured "Half Chest" dimension with the size guide to find your recommended fit. If your measurements fall between two sizes it's generally recommended to go for the larger option.
